We will work together to restore balance to your body and environment by improving your habits, lifestyle, and nutrition so that you feel more nourished and supported. We will focus on five foundations of health: digestion, stress management, sleep, a nutrient-dense diet, and blood sugar regulation. These foundations work together to support the body's natural chemistry and functions, creating the conditions for optimal health. To support your individual needs I will provide recommendations to nutritional changes, lifestyle adjustments, and supplementation.
